At GLP1 Health, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and clinically
Research Peptide Products
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we are unable to accept returns on peptide products once dispatched — this is to maintain the integrity, purity, and chain of custody of all laboratory compounds we supply.
However we will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- Product arrives damaged or broken
- Product fails to meet stated purity specifications
- Order lost in transit (confirmed by Royal Mail/courier tracking)
GLP-1 Consultation Fee
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once your questionnaire has been reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber
- If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons before review, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 working days
- Prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed by our pharmacy partner, in line with UK
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email support@glp1health.co.uk with your order number and reason for your request
- Include photographic evidence where applicable (damaged/incorrect items)
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 working days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@glp1health.co.uk with your order number and tracking details.
